Frame: 

22mm tube steel (bent using jigs made in the workshop) shaped into a cantilever to provide flex and bounce

Fixings: 

MIG Weld (welded in the workshop)

Screws to attach wooden ears

Finish: 

White Powder Coat (outsourced) 

Bees Wax 

Polish

Seat: 

25mm steel mesh bent to fit frame

Seat Back: 

Existing timber arms component from FLER TVS chair (see below).
