Frame: 

22mm tube steel (bent using jigs made in the workshop) shaped into a cantilever to provide flex and bounce

Fixings: 

MIG Weld (welded in the workshop)

Screws to attach wooden ears

Finish: 

Matt Black Powder Coat (outsource) OR Matt Black Spray Coat (sprayed in the workshop)

Seat: 

Rabbit pelt or Fabric (TBA) stretched from side to side of frame

Seat Back: 

Existing timber arms component from FLER TVS chair (see below).
